Volunteers are need to work at River Rock. The club earns money by working the beer stands during these events. We must have 7 volunteers to work, but we'd like to have enough that we can swap out without having any breaks. WE NEED YOU ~~~ SIGN UP NOW

We need as many folks as we can get to be there at 5:30.

Volunteer Parking is available behind Tredegar Irin Works. Let them know you are with Richmond Hog

After parking behind Tredegar, walk across the pedestrian bridge onto Browns Island and come up the knoll towards the center of the island under the trees. The beer ticket sales tent is a row of tables and chairs under canopies

Please be at the beer sales tent on Browns Island at 5:30pm. Venture Richmond will have a sign-in sheet for all of our group's volunteers. The sign in sheets will be collected from all the participating groups at 5:45 and they will give us instructions and rules. We have to provide two people to sell beer tickets. They will tell us which of the three or so beer trucks to man. The beer tickets are numbered and have to be signed for as well as the cash box we'll be given to collect money. The groups that have a lot of volunteers there generally get assigned to one truck, small groups are paired together to man a single truck

Of course we will bring our own HOG Tracks sign in sheets for our use for points

As long as we have a minimum of seven people at 5:45 we're good. The more volunteers that come and help out , the more we can rotate people in and out, especially the boring ticket sales (some actually like ticket sales) The two people that handle the ticket sales have one handling the money only, one that handles the tickets only (and checking I.D.) even tho they are sitting side by side... these are Venture rules.

Dress comfortably, cause beer will get splashed on clothing.
