Unless otherwise specified, consistent with HOG policies, all rides begin at Richmond Harley Davidson and terminate upon arrival at the destination. All riders and passengers that are not current Richmond HOG members must execute a Waiver/Release form prior to participation. Minors must have Consent of Parent, Guardian and/or Adult responsible for their participation.
